Invigorate the body, mind, and spirit as we experience a well-rounded practice. Ideal for those new to yoga and seasoned practitioners, this class will focus on alignment, movement, and relaxation. Amanda Rzicznek is a certified Yoga Instructor, Relax and Renew Trainer, and Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Amanda enthusiastically approaches teaching yoga with an open heart, acute attention to alignment, and a sense of humor.
