Come learn the biz about the fizz

Fermenting is so easy! Don't be freaked out! We will learn about kefir, kefir cheese, kombucha and learn how to ferment veggies fresh out of the garden. We will be making a simple kraut and noshing on lots of fermented foods! Recipes will be shared. Includes samples, resources and recipes. 

Kefir Grains will be available to purchase. $10 includes instructions.
