Our schedule for the day:
9:00 - 10:30 am - Morning Yoga: A Salute to the Sun
10:30 -10:45 - Break. Snacks and tea provided.
10:45 - 11:30 am - Aromatherapy with Becky White-Schooner.
11:30 - 12:30 pm - Lunch/Journaling/Walk the Labryrinth - please bring your own bag lunch.
12:30 - 2:30 - Restorative Yoga
Please bring your own props if you have them.
